Update: Olivia's Organics Summer Harvest Recipe Contest Winner!

Last month, I decided to participate in Olivia's Organics Summer Harvest Recipe Contest.  My entry was a Baked Green Tomato Herb Salad using Olivia's Organics Herb Salad and some gorgeous green tomatoes from Siena Farms.

Last week, I got some exciting news from the folks at Olivia's Organics that I've been DYING to share with you all!  They chose my recipe entry as the winner of their contest!

I am excited beyond belief!  This was the first time I've entered a recipe contest before and I can't believe they chose my recipe among some great recipe entries.
