Before getting into the Boston Local Food Festival, I wanted to thank everyone who voted for me in the
second round of Foodbuzz's
Project Food Blog! With your support, I advanced to the third round and I'd like to ask you to once again vote for me to advance into the fourth round! Voting for this third challenge is open right now and voting closes on October 7th at 9 PM (EST). Winners from this challenge will be announced on Friday, October 8th. This competition started out with 1,889 contestants and with this next round, only 100 contestants will move on. I ask for your vote to help me be a part of the 100 that advance. You can vote for me by clicking

As I
mentioned on Friday, I was really excited for the
Boston Local Food Festival this past Saturday. Although I chose not to volunteer for the actual event, I've been volunteering as a festival blogger leading up the event. I got there early before the crowds really hit and I wanted to share a few of my favorite photos.
