Kodak Gallery Photo Books

Last month, Kodak Gallery reached out to me to see if I'd be interested in learning more about their new SMARTFIT technology.  I've actually been a customer of Kodak Gallery for about seven years and I regularly use it to print and purchase my digital photos.  I'm always consistently impressed with the quality of photos, the great customer service and the speedy delivery.  Most recently, Bret and I printed and framed some of our engagement photos as gifts for some of our long-distance relatives.  So, as I was already a regular Kodak Gallery customer, I was definitely interested in learning more about this SMARTFIT technology, which is used to create photo books through Kodak Gallery.

The kind folks at Kodak Gallery sent me a $50 gift card to create my own photo book and to try out the SMARTFIT technology first-hand.  The timing couldn't have been more perfect.  My friend Maggie's birthday is in December and I thought that this gift card would be perfect to make a photo book for the bridal shower I recently helped throw in her honor.

The SMARTFIT technology was a breeze.  I easily put together the book using background designs, photo layouts and captions.

And I could easily move the order of the photos and pages around when I was being a little indecisive.  My only comment about this process is that it is really important to click "Save" after each time you change things around or you can lose your changes.  I know, it is pretty obvious but I learned this the hard way!

I put my book together on December 11th and I received the book on December 17th.  I was pretty impressed with how quickly the book was put together and shipped!

When it arrived, I was really happy with the results and even better, I got to give it to Maggie that evening for her birthday party!
